Uni and You is a fictional brand created by myself to accompany a real (but unused) marketing campaign. I was asked to create a complete omnichannel campaign (for both online and in-store) that will attract new and returning students and families to shop there for back-to-university furniture and essentials.
University students want to invest in something that promises excitement in their future years, while also offering comfort and stability as they take these next steps. Parents (who will commonly be funding these students) want to invest in a brand that is reliable and high quality, and that will have their children’s best interest at heart. I made it a priority to create a campaign that communicates these needs.
The chosen colour scheme sparks excitement with its complementary colours, while the signature blue (which always accompanies the product photography) presents every product with transparency and confidence. Unique iconography was designed to showcase the wide range of products on sale at a glance. The layout and type has been considered to work consistently and beautifully across a number of touch points (in store, online and social media).
